Hookah Server

We are looking for a fun, reliable, and responsible full-time or part-time Hookah Server. If you love giving great customer service and enjoy working in a busy environment, this job is for you! We’re a growing brand and want team members who are excited to learn, grow, and be part of our team. As a Hookah Server, your main goal is to make sure our guests and fellow team members have a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Provide excellent customer service and care
• Help meet the café’s customer satisfaction goals
• Stay calm and accurate during busy times
• Minimize mistakes while keeping customers happy
• Correctly take orders and handle customer bills

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced service job
• Ability to work well under pressure for extended periods
• Strong communication skills
• Great work ethic: punctual, organized, dependable, with a positive attitude
• Always neat, clean, and presentable
• Able to work late hours (2am & 3am closings)
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
